experience that we offer. The concept of cuisine that we promote at
The Medina is ‘Mediterranean cuisine moderne’, where we select the
regional classical dishes, which we then adapt, cook and present
them in a modern and healthier style which is demanded by today’s
healthy eating lifestyle. The menu that our executive chef James
Attard and his brigade have devised is a testament to this concept.
We always strive by sourcing the freshest of seasonal local produce
from ‘land and sea’ to bring out the true and natural flavours of
